About the company

In 1857 pastry master J. H. Fronhoffs founded the "Fronhoffs" bakery and it was the foundation for a unique success story. In 1963 his second generation successor Mathias Fronhoffs boldly began to introduce new technologies, but ensured that the traditional recipes were not cast aside. This was a new stage in the development of the company – a production solely for deep-frozen pastries and gateaux.

The production plant in Bydgoszcz specializes on the production of frozen pastries and cream gateaux.
